Key Role:
Focus on learning the functions and activities of the employment and recruiting compliance team to develop relevant expertise. Work individually on challenges that relate directly to the team's agenda, conduct research-related tasks, data collection, and analysis, and present findings to leadership. Collaborate with team members to create innovative solutions while working on employment and recruiting compliance projects. Assist with developing compliance requirements training content, identify gaps, gather robust content, and develop an outreach plan.
Basic Qualifications:
-Experience with conducting research
-Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook and related Internet applications
-Ability to collaborate with others using effective communication
-Ability to present findings
-Rising senior scheduled to obtain a BA or BS degree in May or June 2020
-Pursuing a BA or BS degree in Human Resources or Business
Additional Qualifications:
-Experience with working in Human Resources areas
-Experience with Workday
-Ability to work independently
-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
-Possession of excellent critical thinking and analytical skills
