DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Operate stamping press
• Troubleshooting stamping process.
• Die Changeovers.
• Follow work instructions.
• Responsible for quality of product and recording SPC.
• Daily housekeeping of area.
• Safely operate hi-lo as required to perform job.
• Follow Company rules/policies.
• Follow Safety rules and wear safety glasses.
• Participate in Lean Six Sigma and other improvement training programs as required.
• This does not include every detail of the job.  An employee may also be required to perform other tasks/duties in connection with his/her job and to support production.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Ability to read, understand and follow work instructions.
• Must be willing to drive the forklift.
• Prior manufacturing work experience.
• Mechanical aptitude.
• Must be able to push/pull the equivalent of 50 Ibs.
