Task Description:
As a Senior HR Technical Analyst, you will support development, configuration, and integration of new solution modules, in addition to operations and maintenance of existing technical components in the TSA HR technology stack. Activities include designing, developing and configuring, testing, troubleshooting, and documenting system enhancements and updates. You will have the opportunity to work across multiple technologies in agile team setup and will collaborate with functional analysts and client users.
Development and configuration - 60%

Required skills/Level of Experience: Level 4: Minimum 5 to 7 years experience + Bachelor Degree or equivalent (Associate degree +2 years experience; 6 years experience; or relevant professional certification); Successful completion of higher education which has not resulted in a degree may be counted as one year of experience. Experience in large and complex IT projects, preferably in the Human Capital space - 5+ years
Experience with full stack development, especially with Python - 5+ years
Experience with web development, including HTML, JavaScript, APIS, etc. - 5+ years
Agile certification
Experience developing and executing unit test scripts, troubleshooting issues, supporting user acceptance testing, and creating technical designs - 5+ years
Proven ability to learn and adopt new technologies
Preferred skills:
Experience with ServiceNow HRSD
Experience with human capital systems, especially in support of Federal customers
Experience working with SAFE
Experience in any of the following technologies: Drupal, Drools, AWS services, PowerBI, RPA tools
