Our CEO, Dan Weinfurter, was the founder and former CEO of Parson Group, which was rated #1 on the Inc. 500 list in October 2000. Dan also served as a key executive in three other organizations, including GE. Our COO, Greg Silich, was the former global CFO of Leo Burnett Worldwide and has over twenty years of global experience in business services. They were joined by a third partner, Keith Swenson, former Worldwide Partner in Mercer’s Human Resources Consulting Group, and now our Managing Partner, in November of 2003.In September 2003, Capital H Group received a $26 million capital commitment from PPM America Capital Partners. PPM manages over $58 billion in US assets and is the North American asset management subsidiary and an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of Prudential, a publicly traded UK company and a leading life insurance company. We are fully committed to our clients, to this marketplace and to attracting the best talent in order to serve our clients. As an independent firm, we operate in a different space. Unlike the accounting firms that do human resources consulting, we are not limited by Sarbanes Oxley or perceived conflicts of interest. Unlike the publicly traded consulting firms, we are not held accountable to shareholders every quarter. This makes us a very attractive alternative for many clients. In the last few months, we have aggressively expanded our team of consultants in offices in Chicago, Detroit, Milwaukee and Houston. |
