A Milwaukee native, UW-Milwauke alumni, former founding member of the Brewcity Bruisers and ex-service industry pro, Rachel lives and breathes Milwaukee. In her role as Marketing Director and Community Manager with Yelp, she relishes the opportunity to work with great local businesses to help them leverage the power Yelp has to offer and integrate engagement with the site into their social strategy. She also works to plan fantastic events for the local Milwaukeeans that make up the unique, on-the-ground community. Add to that a penchant to support unique, worthwhile MKE organizations as well as a healthy dose of PR work and social media strategy, and you've got a day in the life of a Yelp CM!
