• Adult outpatient only
• Monday-Friday, 8am - 5pm
• No call
• 800+ monthly patient average
• EPIC EMR
• Patient consultations include Diabetes and Endocrinology

Requirements:

• Internal Medicine board certification, diabetes concentration
• Fellowship training preferred
• 2 - 3 years' experience
