With continued growth and high patient demand, Henry Ford Health System's Department of Internal Medicine is seeking a board eligible/certified Internal Medicine Physician to practice at the Henry Ford Mapleplegrove Center.
Henry Ford Maplegrove Center offers the full scope of addiction treatment, including 24-hour residential care, detoxification, medication-assisted treatment, individual and group therapy, and family support programs. Our board-certified addiction experts have proven treatment plans that can safely put you or your loved one on the road to recovery. For 40 years, our experienced team has been using evidence-based treatment and personalized programs to treat the whole person - body, mind and spirit. Our program has been accredited by The Joint Commission and nationally recognized for excellence in addiction treatment by both Blue Cross Blue Shield and Cigna.
This position will involve outpatient clinical care with some consultation
This position will be expected to provide excellent patient care and share call
This position offers opportunities for collaboration, education of medical students, residents, as well as participation in research
Physicians who join the Henry Ford Medical Group are employed and work exclusively for the Group
Work schedule consists of non-traditional hours. One evening per week, one Saturday per month.

Must be board certified or eligible in Family Medicine and Addiction Medicine
Residency/Fellowship training by an ACGME/AOA accredited program is required
