PortagePointe is a beautiful Eden Alternative home for 60 Elders from our community. There are 5 different homes where CNA's have the opportunity to positively impact the lives of Elders through engaging in daily care, eating with elders, walking in the beautiful garden, and participating in activities in and outside our homes, providing encouragement for each Elder to reach their maximum functional ability.

Position Requirements:
High School Diploma or Equivalent Required
Successful Completion of Nurse Aide Training Program Required
Current State Nurse Aide Certification Required
BLS Certification Required (Certification Available Upon Hire)
COVID Vaccination and Annual Influenza Vaccination or Declination Required

0.6 - 0.9 FTE (24 to 36 Hours Per Week)

Every Other Weekend (2nd and 4th)
