Gastroenterologist

Corewell Health, Holland, MI

Corewell Health Medical Group is seeking a BE/BC Gastroenterologist for a full-time position. Join a collegial practice with a dedicated group of 5 physicians and 3 APPs. Our team offers a broad array of services in gastroenterology.

Opportunity Overview

  • High volume gastroenterology practice
  • Broad established referral base with easy access to quaternary referral center
  • Two hospital-based endoscopy units with rooms for general endoscopy
  • Support from Inflammatory bowel diseases program, Interventional endoscopy program, and Hepatology program
  • Collaborative team-based approach to care
  • Work in conjunction with other subspecialists
  • Inpatient coverage (about 1:5 weeks, about 1:5 weekends)
  • Outpatient work (flexible schedule of endoscopy and office)
  • Within an Integrated Care office with ease of access to other subspecialties and primary care

Requirements

  • BE/BC in Gastroenterology
  • MI license

Qualifications

  • Required Bachelor's Degree
  • LIC-Physician (MD) - STATE_MI State of Michigan Upon Hire required Or
  • LIC-Osteopathic Physician (DO) - STATE_MI State of Michigan Upon Hire required
  • CRT-DEA Registration - STATE_MI State of Michigan Upon Hire required
  • CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - AHA American Heart Association 120 Days required Or
  • CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - ARC American Red Cross 120 Days required
  • CRT-Adv Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) - AHA American Heart Association If required by specialty or stress test performed 120 Days required
