An exciting opportunity is now available for a Registered Dietitian. As a Registered Dietitian you will plan, direct and provide nutritional assessment and care to patients/residents and provide community nutrition education pursuant to UPHS - Portage's mission and philosophy. You will be part of a multi-disciplinary team including Physicians, Nursing, Pharmacy and Nutrition Services with the goal of overall wellness and medical nutritionally therapy for all those we serve.

Position Requirements:
School of Dietetics Bachelor's Degree Required
Two years' experience as Dietitian in Healthcare Preferred
Two years' experience working in Diabetes Education Preferred
Appropriate State Licensure or Certification Required
Certified Diabetes Educator (CDE) Certification Preferred or willingness to work towards CDE Required
COVID Vaccination and Annual Influenza Vaccination or Declination Required
