Social Media Specialist
The social media specialist will implement and maintain facets of the social media roadmap across Comerica's footprint by leveraging social channels. The social media specialist will implement the social media plan to drive and support prospect and customer objectives and rally internal stakeholders. The social media specialist will achieve business goals using social media tools and tactics by coordinating and positively collaborating with service organizations and Lines of Business across the enterprise. They will be key in the implementation of the Marketing social channel platform to elevate social media marketing at Comerica allowing the bank to enable social media marketing at scale. The social media specialist will help oversee the social media efforts of agencies/vendors & internal teams.
