Essential Responsibilities:

• Coach, mentor, develop, and lead a workforce of ~ 40.
• Manage the overtime of employees.
• Assess resource needs & reallocate as necessary.
• Ensure work instructions are accurate and enforce adherence.
• Manage the overall safety for both teams.
• Set clear expectations for your team.
• Ensure adequate headcount is maintained for departments.
• Work cross-functionally with peers to meet or exceed production revenue targets.
• Ensure adequate supplies are ordered within an appropriate time frame.
• Ability to understand different customer and shipping requirements & execute weekly.
• Identify process gaps and implement process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 5 years of Supply Chain / Distribution / Warehouse experience (3 of which in a leadership position)
• Associate degree with a minimum of 7 years of experience in Supply Chain / Distribution / Warehouse experience (4 of which in a leadership position)
• High School Diploma with a minimum of 10 years of Supply Chain / Distribution / Warehouse experience (5 of which in a leadership position)
