About this opportunity

MillerKnoll is looking for a Senior Digital Product Manager - Retail Systems to join our Digital Product team. As a Senior Digital Product Manager- Retail Systems, you will own and support requirements gathering, prioritization, and delivery of new features and functionality in our retail systems environment, including Order Management Systems (OMS), Point of Sale (POS), Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP).

What You'll Do

  • Responsible for defining and executing a multi-year product strategy for Retail Systems, with a focus on the Order Management System (OMS)
  • Defines product features and requirements and leads the implementation of new digital products and/or digital product updates.
  • Ensures that all necessary user acceptance, performance, and post production testing is conducted and documented according to MillerKnoll testing guidelines.
  • Leads cross-functional project teams to implement and maintain product features.
  • Drives execution through prioritization of large enterprise level projects and initiatives
  • Manages third party vendors for their portfolio of products
  • Utilizes analytics and customer research to measure product effectiveness and to direct future product development.
  • Leads complex tactical and strategic decision making regarding product functionality
  • Responsible for frequent and accurate communication to stakeholders
  • Performs additional responsibilities as requested to achieve business objectives.

Education/Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Marketing, or related field OR equivalent experience.
  • 6-7 years of digital product management or related digital experience in a consumer-facing product role.
  • Experience in impact analysis and process flow documentation
  • Strong experience in managing backend eCommerce and retail systems, including one or more of the following: ERP, OMS, WMS, POS
  • Understands the end to end in one or more of the following: order lifecycle, including order sourcing logic, inventory visibility, WMS integrations, payment integrations
  • Experience leading product implementations with a third party vendor
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Experience in requirements analysis and definition.
  • Demonstrates excellent written and verbal communication skills, including professional presentation skills.
  • Must be able to perform all essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodations.

A starting compensation range for this role is $88,600.00 - $111,750.00. Relevant salary considerations will include candidate qualifications and experience, other business/organizational needs and market factors . You may also be eligible to receive a geographic premium, annual discretionary incentive and equity awards which are subject to the rules governing these programs.
