Under general supervision, assists with duties for the Video Production Associate and related video projects. Intern Position: 6 month Contract with option to renew/continue.
Guaranteed 12 hours per week.Depending on schoolschedule, to be divided into 2-3 days during the week.Preferably to be in office on Tuesdays and flexibility of office/remote for the other day(s)
JOB OVERVIEW:
As a Video Production Intern, you will be an integral part of our creative team, assisting in various stages of video production. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a professional setting, working alongside industry experts.
AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:
- Assist in managing video projects from pre-production through post-production stages.
- Support the shooting of video footage both in-studio and on location.
- Aid in editing videos from initial cuts to final edits.
- Contribute to creating motion graphics for video content.
- Provide assistance during live broadcasts and shoots in our streaming studio.
- Help in maintaining source media and final project library management.
- Participate in other creative team tasks and company projects as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Currently enrolled in a college program related to Video Production, Media Studies, or a similar field.
- Detail-oriented
- Good organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to engage in multiple projects in a timely, organized manner
- Basic knowledge of video editing software (Adobe Creative Suite- Adobe Premiere must; After Effects nice to have) and motion graphics is a plus.
- Strong interest in video production, design, and creative content creation.
