Job Summary Fishbeck is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Environmental Engineer or Hydrogeologist to assist with environmental investigation and remediation projects. You will join a team of passionate professionals tasked with the investigation and remediation of contaminated sites through the design, specification, development, and assessment of remedial processes. This position requires creativity and attention to detail to help clients understand local, state, and federal law and navigate environmental compliance.
Primary Functions
Minimum Physical Requirements
Work is generally conducted indoors, but occasionally outdoors. Moderate lifting, carrying, and hiking through uneven terrain and construction or drilling sites. Will also have normal office working conditions and be required to sit and use a computer. May need to drive vehicle to project sites. Visual acuity necessary to perform responsibilities. Accommodation may be made for some of the physical demands for otherwise qualified individuals who require and request such accommodation.
Desired Education/Licensure
Bachelor's degree in Environmental or Civil Engineering, Geology, Hydrogeology, or related field. PE license, CPG certification, and/or MS degree a plus.
