Job Description
GENERAL SUMMARY:
- RN- Hospice provides comprehensive, convenient, and high quality Hospice services to meet the physical, emotional, spiritual, and social needs of adult and geriatric patients with limited life expectancy.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Associate's degree in Nursing (ADN).
- Minimum of four years nursing experience in a Hospice environment.
- Effective written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills via phone and face-to-face.
- Ability to problem-solve and excellent critical thinking skills.
- Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN).
- Previous nursing experience in Hospice or Home Health setting.
CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSURES REQUIRED:
- Current Michigan Registered Nurse license.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Valid Michigan Driver's license.Dependable automobile insured according to State of Michigan requirements.
