Position Description:
Responsible for coordinating all aspects Security processes both internal and external
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Responsible for all audits or Cyber assessments.
  • Responsible for all IT security
  • Responsible for Pentest planning and execution of results.
  • Develops and maintains Dura's Information Security Management System (ISMS) and related security standards and policies.
  • Responsible for checking daily Cyber logs, backup/recovery procedures, disaster recovery procedures.
  • Develops quality measurement and reporting procedures for support to manage the satisfaction of service level agreements.
  • Provides regular management reports and recommendations regarding Cyber assessments and Audit requirements.
  • Works in close collaboration with other IT management and team members and relies on their specialized support in the area of implementing technical solutions to manage the risks associated with systems, networks, applications, and information management and security processes.
  • Participate in off hour on call problem resolution process.

Qualifications:
Education and/or Experience
  • Associates Degree in Computer Systems/Information Technology or experience equivalent
  • Minimum 7 years of experience working in a Systems, Security, and IT Audit role.
  • Serves as a professional and technical mentor to team.
Skills and Abilities
  • Demonstrates Cyber knowledge.
  • Demonstrates Security knowledge in the M365 environment.
  • Demonstrated in depth knowledge of Windows Server and Desktop operating systems as well as all Microsoft software.
  • Proficient computer skills required including knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office products, Internet, printing, operating systems, network operating systems, importing, and exporting of data, and communications.
  • Proven ability to function with minimal direction in completing the responsibilities of position.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and effectively over the phone in a professional manner.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task various and conflicting responsibilities.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Root cause analysis experience.
  • Ability to travel 10%
Certificates, Licenses, and Registrations
None required; however, any technical-related certification(s) is preferred
Additional Competencies
  • Knowledge and experience with security, disaster recovery, virus management, and backup and recovery management.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Defender Security portal to assess security incidents and improve security score.
  • Experience with Identity protection, conditional access, and knowledge of multi-factor authentication.
