The Corewell Health Diagnostic Radiology Team supports our mission of improved health, instilling humanity, and inspiring hope. Diagnostic Radiology is an integral part of the healthcare continuum touching millions of lives, each day, each week, each month, each year.

About Lakeland Hospitals

The health system comprises threehospitals, a regional cancer center, rehabilitation centers, two long-term care residences, home care and hospice services, and 34 affiliate physician practice locations. We provide both inpatient and outpatientmedical servicesthroughout Southwest Michigan.

Scope of work

Supervise the operations of the Corewell Health Hospitals Radiology Departments, through compliance with State, Federal and Joint Commission regulations. Plans, organizes, evaluates, controls, and supervises all functions of the Diagnostic Radiology department and bone density at Butterworth, Blodgett and Lemmon-Holton Cancer Pavilion including Support Staff. Works in collaboration with other team members and radiologists to continually improve services in support of the management team.

Qualifications

  • Associate's Degree in a Radiology/Imaging modality Required.
  • Bachelor's Degree in health care or related field Preferred.
  • 3 years of relevant experience of clinical and or leadership experience in area of specialty within Radiology Required.
  • AHA or ARC Basic Life Support (BLS) Required.

In addition, one of the following is Required at time of hire:

  • ARDMS or ARRT Computerized Tomography (CT)
  • AART or ARMRIT Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologist (MRI)
  • ARDMS or ARRT Nuclear Medicine Technologist (N)
  • NMTCB Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board
  • ARDMS or ARRT Sonographer (S)
  • ARDMS or ARRT Mammography (M)
  • ARRT Vascular Interventional Radiography (VI)
  • ARDMS or ARRT Cardiovascular Imaging (CI)
  • ARDMS or ARRT Vascular Sonographer (VS)
  • ARDMS or ARRT Vascular Technologist (VT)
  • ARDMS or ARRT Radiographer (R)
