Here is what you will be doing each day:

As our Restaurant manager, you will be working with our team to effectively manage and direct all of the restaurant operations and marketing. This includes making sure our spaces are welcoming and feel alive, supervising and coaching associates, ordering, and working with our media team to promote and drive business.

  1. Interview, hire, train, recommend performance evaluations, resolve problems, provide open communication, and recommend discipline and/or termination when appropriate.
  2. Drive and deliver our company culture of taking care of our team members and providing award winning customer service. Our restaurant manager will be a champion of our cultural pillars. You Belong, We Care, and Shine Bright.
  3. Monitor product quality and guest satisfaction in restaurant. Help ensure that food quality is consistent, appealing, and prepared to guest specifications. Interact with guests to obtain feedback on quality of service and food in outlet.
  4. Document inventory, forecast usage, and monitor supply so that restaurants are stocked with linen, glassware, silverware, china, condiments, to provide service.
