Project Administrator - Berrien Springs (Full-Time)
This is a Hybrid Work Eligible position. You will be required to come into the Operations Center in Berrien Springs, MI as needed to ensure business needs are met.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
  • Serves as the administrative lead for the Project Management Team throughout the project life cycle.
  • Performs various duties within complex and high-profile projects to allow the Project Managers to concentrate on critical items and oversee the overall status of the project. These duties include, but are not limited to, documentation and file management, coordination of internal and external stakeholders, and maintenance of project toolkit deliverables.
  • Independently completes assigned project related tasks on a timely basis to ensure deliverables are met.
  • Ensures high levels of stakeholder satisfaction through written and verbal communication channels utilizing interpersonal skills.
  • Must be able to work in an ever-changing environment with demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple competing tasks and demands.
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION:
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Leadership, or related field preferred.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
  • One to three years of similar or related experience working within a project team environment with a demonstrated ability to effectively work as both part of a team and independently.
  • Experience in administrating multiple projects at the same time highlighting strong prioritization and organizational skills.
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:
  • Must have demonstrated ability to keep finances in order.
  • Can perform in a high pace environment with self-motivation and an eagerness to learn.
  • Excellent at building relationships between vendors and internal stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment demonstrating teamwork and innovation.
  • Proven ability to work in an ambiguous environment and collaborate across functional areas.
  • Ease of communication methodology and delivery across all levels of an organization.
  • Self-motivated, decisive, with the ability to adapt and change to competing demands.
  • Must be a highly detailed.
