How you'll make an impact:

The Director of Change Management will be an effective leader, communicator and change champion and will be responsible for developing and implementing the change management strategy for our company in partnership with the SVP of Organizational Culture and Change Management. The ideal candidate should have experience developing change management methodology and tools to create a strategy to support adoption of the changes required by a project or initiative, as well as a strong understanding of organizational development and training. Additionally, the successful candidate should demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills and can collaborate and build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels. They should also be highly organized, detail-oriented, and have the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

What you'll do:

Define and drive the implementation of the Change Management Strategy and Plan, that would support identification and analysis of change adoption risks and implementation of counter measures.

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive change management strategy for the organization.

  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure successful organizational change.

  • Identify and assess the scope of change initiatives and develop plans accordingly.

  • Identify and assess potential risks associated with change management initiatives.

  • Monitor and evaluate the progress and success of change management initiatives.

  • Lead meetings to identify, plan, and implement change initiatives.

  • Prepare reports and presentations to communicate change management activities and results.

What you'll need:

  • Minimum 10 years of related experience in a large and complex organization

  • 8+ years of specific experience managing and executing on change management strategies and initiatives.

  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills

  • Strong Change Management Experience

  • Proven ability to develop processes, initiatives, and tool management to lead complex change initiatives.

  • Demonstrated experience in developing and delivering change management plans and projects from start to completion.

  • Proven ability to collaborate and influence cross-functional teams and build relationships with key stakeholders at all levels.

  • Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and/or Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms).

  • Understanding of collaboration tools, e.g. Slack.

  • Familiarity with program management tools, e.g. Monday.com

  • Leadership Skills: You are a people manager who has experience leading teams. You are someone that has a clear vision and strategy for your org. You know how to effectively communicate department goals to your team, as well as motivate and support your team in meeting those objectives. You always put your team first - you listen, inspire and coach.

  • Must have legal right to work in the U.S.
