Job Summary Fishbeck is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for architectural/engineering projects, and a proven track record in business development within the A/E or related industry. This role will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing, and maintaining client relationships, and contributing to the firm's overall growth and success.
Additionally, this position offers a unique opportunity to grow into a leadership role within the firm. We are seeking a professional with the talent and proven track record for organizing and leading a team of Business Development professionals. Responsibilities would include implementing a structure for the team that clearly defines roles, establishes goals for each team member, measures successes, and instills accountability. Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach are essential to help foster better collaboration between our Business Development team and our technical department leaders as we collectively work toward realizing Fishbeck's 10-year Vision.

Minimum Physical Requirements
