ProFund 2024 Paid Summer Sales Internship Program

Join our dynamic, fast-paced team at ProFund for an 8-week sales internship program that offers a hands-on learning experience in the world of SaaS and customer support. This program is designed to provide interns with a comprehensive understanding of our sales processes, customer relationship management, and the innovative use of our cloud-based software. Interns will be actively involved in supporting our Account Executives and will have the opportunity to develop their skills in sales, customer presentations, customer service, and technology.

We are looking for smart, hard-working students with the following:

  • Summer 2024 is your last summer before you graduate.
  • Able to start the internship between May 15th and June 12th and will work for 8 weeks.
  • Able to work at our office located in Alpharetta, GA.
  • Possess a high level of interest in the SaaS and Fintech industry as a career path.
  • Interest in developing sales skills and learning about customer support and software applications.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a professional demeanor.
  • Eager to experience an early-stage technology environment, demonstrating initiative and the ability to adapt quickly with strong multitasking, prioritization, and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency with computers, especially CRM software and web presentation tools.
  • Proven team involvement and leadership positions in school or work.
  • A commitment to reliability, teamwork, and upholding company values and policies.

Intern Activities:

  • Participate in online demos and presentations to prospects alongside experienced Account Executives.
  • Assist in learning and understanding the basic functions of our company's cloud-based software to support users effectively.
  • Engage in sourcing new sales opportunities through warm outbound calls and emails, as well as managing inbound lead follow-ups.
  • Act as a support point of contact for incoming users, helping to maintain relationships throughout their journey with ProFund.
  • Utilize our CRM (HubSpot) to research accounts, as well as learn and understand sales pipelines.
  • Respond efficiently and accurately to customer inquiries, ensuring clients feel supported and valued.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, inquiries, and transactions using our CRM system.
  • Support the software development team by providing feedback for potential updates and enhancements to the user experience.
  • Participate in training sessions and other learning opportunities to expand knowledge of the company and its offerings.

By the end of the 8-week internship, interns will have gained practical experience in each area of the sales process, equipping them with the knowledge and skills needed for a successful career in sales and customer relations.
