Who you are

You will support Occupier Services and Enterprise Clients and its clients by assisting in the evaluation of lease, purchase, and disposition scenarios; performing market research and due diligence on select properties; and assisting in the execution of strategies and tactics to maximize client leverage during lease negotiations.

What you bring

  • 1-3 years of experience with a BA or MBA in real estate, finance, or related area

  • Proven analytical skills, including being able to create and/or modify Excel and web-based models.

  • High proficiency with Microsoft suite of Office products, especially Excel and SharePoint

  • Experience in commercial real estate negotiation.

  • Relationships within the commercial real estate industry

What success looks like

  • Coordinate with in-market brokerage teams across the country to support client needs.

  • Prepare basic financial analyses of lease and disposition proposals using Excel and web-based tools.

  • Assist in the optimization of client's real estate strategy by providing customized analysis to illustrate different scenarios.

  • Provide support in client presentations, responses to RFPs, and new business pitches, including review and analyzing lease documents for clients to support information requests.

  • Ongoing communication with clients and brokerage teams and keep up with market trends and industry knowledge.

  • Maintain several proprietary team databases containing market intelligence and client information, including maintenance of various SharePoint sites.

Approximate Salary Range for this Role $53,835.00 - $89,900.00

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Employees are able to enroll in our company's 401k plan, which includes an employer match. Employees will also receive 10 days of sick leave and a minimum of 15-days' vacation annually. Certain senior-level roles are eligible for unlimited time off. Employees will also enjoy 10 paid holidays plus two personal flex days throughout the calendar year. 12 weeks (for birth parents) and 4 weeks (for non-birth parents, including adoptive/foster parents) for paid parental leave will also be available for use after successful completion of 90 days of employment.
