Application Process: In order to fill Public Safety Officer (PSO) vacancies, Mott has designed a "temporary to regular" hiring process with Trillium Staffing. Applications are accepted on an on-going basis. In order to receive consideration, applicants must be pre-screened by Trillium Staffing to ensure qualifications are met. | ||
| Minimum Requirements | ||

(Revised 04/15/09) Minimum qualifications include: One year of security experience and a High School diploma or equivalent. Must maintain a valid Michigan Driver's license and have a perfect driving record for the past 5 years. A perfect driving record must be maintained while employed as a Public Safety Officer. | ||
| Additional Desirable Qualifications | ||

If selected, a PSO candidate is employed through Trillium Staffing as a temporary employee for up to 90 calendar days. During the assignment, the temporary employee may receive consideration for a regular PSO position on Mott's payroll. | ||
