As a Mortgage Office Admin, you will become part of PNC Mortgage, a specialized subsidiary of PNC, a full-service mortgage company that originates, acquires, markets and services residential loans. With today’s rapidly changing marketplace, your role as Mortgage Office Admin is as important as ever.

This role will provide administrative support for the division, region and market managers within the Mortgage Origination division. May back up loan officer assistant on a needed basis. Duties include highly responsible clerical activities and the assisting of senior management in all areas. You can expect to answer telephones, greet visitors/clients and perform various administrative functions as assigned by manager. Assist manager in preparing and reconciling management reports on loan volumes and over all origination business plan. You’ll be the point individual for the branch service customer and interdepartmental inquiries. In addition, you will maintain employee time sheets, vacation schedules, required training courses and other administrative functions as needed.

Our ideal candidate also has:

* High School diploma or educational equivalent
* Thorough understanding of underwriting criteria and guidelines
* Mortgage banking background preferred with a proven track record of success
* Public speaking skills with the ability to make effective presentations
