The Healthcare business of Thomson Reuters provides insights -- information, benchmarks and analysis -- that enable organizations to manage costs, improve performance and enhance the quality of healthcare.
Position Summary
Work directly with customer as well as internal staff to ensure that projects are delivered on schedule and within budget, consistent with defined client expectations.
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain detailed work plan; communicate and review work assignments with team; manage day-to-day project activities.
- Prepare regular status reports and facilitate status meetings with customers.
- Proactively identify and facilitate resolution of project issues affecting timeline or quality of implementation
- Manage project scope, including project deliverables, timelines, client responsibilities and expectations, to pre-defined project financials.
- Establish project billing numbers; assist client manager with project related billing.
- Identify opportunities for value-added revenue during implementation projects
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Demonstrated understanding of management of project scope and billing.
- Experience using project tracking tools (e.g., ABT Workbench, Microsoft Project).
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent writing, verbal, and leadership skills.
- Understanding of Healthcare / Claims Data is a plus
- Willingness to travel: 25 - 50%
