Job Description
Supply Chain/Demand Planner: Incumbent is responsible for the following:
* Leads North American S&OP process and promotes cross-functional participation.
* Manages Demand Planning for all product families.
* Implement processes that effectively use R/3 system to support the master planning and demand distribution management functions. Monitor adherence to plans.
* Develop/track master planning, inventory and demand management KPIs at the North America level.
* Interface between account management, production sites and customer service to coordinate logistics activity and targets.
* Establish inventory targets and distribution parameters. Provide inventory forecast and monitor performance to financial service level targets.
* Ensure integrity of SAP R/3 master data, work structures and data content.
* Validate data delivery to/from the SAP R/3 system and S&OP process
* Work with Marketing and Sales to identify applicable market intelligence (new business, volume trends, build-outs, etc) and adjust plans accordingly.
* Manage the integration of new products and customers.
* Identify and resolve critical issues.

Work with Corporate Logistics or Foreign Trade groups to address/correct process issues, 3PL vendor or system failures impacting daily supply chain operations within the business.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
* BA or BS degree in Business, Logistics or related field
* At least 2 years of experience in a supply chain and/or logistics related role
* Solid understanding of SAP R/3 Materials Management functionality.
* Excellent internal and external customer focus
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
* Highly motivated, enthusiastic and entrepreneurial

Preferred Qualifications:
* SAP-Advanced Planning & Optimization (SAP-APO) and Flex Planning experience.
* Spanish language skills
* APICS CPIM certification or in progress
