Senior Programmer/Analyst Position

This position requires an individual who can successfully work in a dynamic work environment where priorities change based on current business needs. Primary Responsibilities

  • Design and develop components for internal applications, primarily the EMS, FLASH and web services supporting the CSWeb applications
  • Analyze business requirements, documentation and technical specifications in conjunction with I/S Business Analysts and our internal customers.
  • Lead project development teams.
  • Maintain and support production systems as necessary.
  • Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
  • Experience working with Java, J2EE, Swing, XML, and Web Services (SOAP, WSDL).
  • Three to five years of Java programming experience
  • J2EE experience, including knowledge of EJB
  • Experience with object-oriented design and programming
  • Project leadership experience
  • Working knowledge of SQL
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work well in a dynamic team environment
  • Ability to work well in a flexible development environment
  • Self-motivated
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, JSP, Struts, SQL Server, familiarity with the Eclipse IDE, design patterns, and JBoss is highly desired.
