Description: In this professional position, you will help our customers with questions ranging from installation and set-up, to specialized customer configurations and technical trouble-shooting. Every call is different. Our comprehensive, in-house training program covers operating systems, the application you're learning, computer environment issues, customer service techniques and the various databases we use.

In this highly energized problem-solving environment, you'll have ample opportunity to grow your skills. And as you do, you will become eligible to get involved in other special projects, like software testing, internal and customer training, and leadership within the department.

Qualifications:

  • Candidates must have an Accounting, Information Systems or General Business degree or related experience, and a working knowledge of computers.
  • Candidates should also have proven customer service skills, strong communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Candidates should also be team players who display excellent work habits and who thrive in a highly-energized, problem-solving environment and who enjoy the challenge of learning new skills.
  • Experience with Creative Solutions software, or other tax or accounting software, a plus.
  • Bilingual, English/Spanish, also a plus.
