Description: In this professional position, you will help our customers with questions ranging from installation and set-up, to specialized customer configurations and technical trouble-shooting. Every call is different. Our comprehensive, in-house training program covers operating systems, the application you're learning, computer environment issues, customer service techniques and the various databases we use.
In this highly energized problem-solving environment, you'll have ample opportunity to grow your skills. And as you do, you will become eligible to get involved in other special projects, like software testing, internal and customer training, and leadership within the department.
